Grant delivered exactly what he promised he would and I am extremely pleased with the end
result, a high quality deluxe wooden loft ladder and a raised boarded loft floor (approx 9m x
2.14m). Having discovered a minor fault with the spring mechanism on the loft ladder during
installation, he made an unscheduled return visit the following morning to fit a new
replacement loft ladder. Outstanding service and attention to detail. Thank you, Grant.
