Excellent! Toby arrived precisely on time, and after a brief chat, proceeded to lay dust sheets and simply got on with enlarging loft access to accommodate loft ladder. He was very professional, polite and friendly. He demonstrated how it worked, and made sure we could access the loft safely. A job well done with no fuss, mess or dust.
