At our initial site meeting Jamie listened to my loft access requirements and explained the
various options available to fulfil these. After agreeing the way forward, I promptly received a
detailed job cost quote which I was happy to accept and a date was fixed for the work to be
undertaken.
Jamie arrived promptly on the agreed date and undertook the work in an organised, efficient
and tidy manner.
On completion of the job Jamie ensured that I was happy with what he had done. He explained
how the loft ladder should be safely operated and the safe loading capacity of the floating loft
boarding he had installed.
