Lovely guys, explained their services and my options well in both the initial survey of the attic and the day of the install. Didn't make me feel like I was pressured to buy into more than I needed, and were very descriptive with the attic conditions and layout when discussing my options. Email communications were timely, and they were able to supply an instructional video on the ladder beforehand, which gave me piece of mind that this was the product I would be happy with. They arrived perfectly on time, and worked away without making much mess or loud prolonged noise (a great thing with my reactive dog). I would highly recommend them for anyone nervous about the structural security of ladders and attic spaces, I feel really confident with their work and have been up in the attic a few times now with various boxes and suitcases since their work the other day.

I had Access4Lofts carry out work in my home - loft ladder, loft flooring and shelving. They arrived on time, worked impeccably and left no mess behind, cleaning up after themselves. The place is spotless and you wouldn't know I had workmen in at all. John showed me his completed work afterwards and gave me a demonstration on how to properly use the pole with the ladder door. The ladder door is insulated, well sealed and I all covered by warranty. I would highly recommend Access4Lofts and would give them 10/10 for the installation. They're very quick, polite, clean and tidy. The fitting is robust and trustworthy. I can't recommend them enough.
