I contacted Nic at A4L following a recommendation from a friend. He responded very quickly and arranged to visit within a couple of days to do a survey during which we discussed various solutions. Later that day he emailed a detailed quote for the work (telescopic loft ladder, raised boarding over 200mm additional insulation). He and his team arrived on time and were very courteous and friendly. They did an excellent job, showing me how the installation was going at various stages (I like to know what’s going on). At the end, they cleaned up thoroughly, showed me around the completed installation and walked me through operating the ladder. The time from my initial enquiry to job completion was an unexpectedly quick turnaround. From this experience I’d be very happy to recommend A4L.
