A team of lads turned up nice and early introduced themselves, explained what they were going to be doing and got on with it. A couple of hours in I made them a brew they said everything was going to plan. A few hours later they had finished, one of the lads explained in detail how the loft ladders worked and made sure I understood correctly, he then showed me exactly what they had done. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the professionalism of the lads who completed the work.
