This was not an installation of loft ladder for an average height (floor to ceiling). So was
pleasantly surprised during the survey that what I asked for was listened to and suitable
solution was proposed. The cost was within my expectations. On the day of installation arrival
was on time and the guys cracked on with the task efficiently. Once installed a demonstration of
its operation was provided and the paperwork for the lifetime guarantee (which just added to
feeling of a dealing professional outfit) was handed over. So far, I am completely satisfied with
the work done.
