I'm really happy with the work done. It was quite a tricky and messy job due to the age of the house, ceilings which aren't level, and lots of black dust! But the team worked really hard, turning up early and not really stopping throughout the day to relocate the hatch, and install new ladder, insulation, raised boarding and lights. All work was done to a high standard and for a very good price. Highly recommended.

Great Communication Regular emails Detailed job and quote price Never asked for money before the job was completed. Took a minimum break. Excellent time keeping. knocked on the door on time to get the job done. Dust sheets straight down. We experienced a problem with the tank that was being removed and they knew exactly what to do. A quick call brought additional tradesman in to support it. No extra cost. After each day cleaned up afterwards with Hoover. I am extremely happy with the service this team provided and I will definatly use again and recommend. Had a full demo before the team left . What a huge difference this has made to the house we can now use our large space as storage to complete our home renovation. If you are thinking of doing the loft I cannot recommend this company more. Get it booked in I had my boarded loft space completed in 2 days.

Firstly, I would like to thank the Group called I Love Mosley Common on Facebook for recommending Josh at Access4lofts. Phone call and a survey booked. Josh arrived on time 9am. Great start. Phone call from the girls in the office and an appointment made for Friday. The 2 chaps arrived early, perfect as I had 2 little ones to pick up from school. 2 brilliant guys. Worked together and job done within an hour. A job well done. Cleaned and vacuumed up. Demonstration of how the ladder unfolds and re folds back into the loft... What a brilliant Company this is, and I would highly recommend them. For the past 6 months we have bought 2 loft ladders, and none were satisfactory for the job, and we couldn’t find anyone to fit them, so both were returned. Then out of desperation I asked members of the Facebook group to advise if they knew of any Companies out there that would supply and fit a loft ladder. I’m just about to leave a review on Facebook and thanking those who recommended Access4lofts. Well done 10/10.

Access4lofts turned up on time and promptly then proceeded without fuss to get on with the job. Danny who led the job was extremely attentive and ensured the work was carried out exactly as we wanted. There was an issue with the measurements however to Access4Lofts credit they honoured their price and admitted the measurements were there issue and still installed as expected with no further charge to us. I would highly recommend A4L again and more than likely be calling them back for more work.

Just moved into a two story semi-detached that is about 150 + years old. The loft was completely unfinished and the access was very strange and too small. The joists and entire ceiling/loft was so wonkey you could see the significant slope, but Josh and his guys made it work: put in a new hatch, ladder, reinforced the beams, boarded, and added lighting. Huge and easily accessible space now; I am so happy! And they were patient and kind with my little kids whenever I didn't manage to keep them out of the way. Price as quoted. Would highly recommend.

We also wanted a light and Josh provided a great battery powered one with a lifetime guarantee which feels much safer than having electrics running up there.
