Mark visited to do an initial consultation and went through everything. It was quick and easy, and Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. All our options were presented to us and at no point did we feel pressured to purchase anything. The quote was simple yet detailed and allowed us to make an informed decision. Mark then carried out the work on a day that suited us. He arrived on time, was very tidy and done earlier than anticipated. We were then shown the finished product and how to use the loft ladder.
