Trusted Trader scheme upholds the highest standards

Here at Access4Lofts we are incredibly proud to be accredited by the Which? Trusted Trader scheme.  It exists to represent high-quality rather than high quantities of traders. Not every business that applies makes it through the endorsement process. In fact one in four do not make the grade.

To become a Which? Trusted Trader we had to go through a strict endorsement process designed and administered by trading-standards professionals. Our business administrative procedures were examined to ensure we had our customer interests in mind. This includes checking our creditworthiness, insurance policies, terms and conditions and complaints procedures.

In addition to the endorsement process, every review on each of our Which? Trusted Trader profiles goes through a moderation process. As a trader We are encouraged to respond to reviews, but we can’t request for any negative reviews to be taken down. This allows you to build an accurate picture of how we operate with customers.

They also check references from previous customers to assess customer satisfaction. The assessor will select 10 customers that have employed the trader within the previous 12 months. Their details come from the trader’s order books or paperwork from the previous year – we can’t influence who they contact. No faking possible here.

Finally, if things did go wrong and your we couldn’t complete a job to your satisfaction, you’re not going to be left in the lurch. If we cannot sort the issue, you will have access to an alternative dispute resolution provider, to help mediate and resolve the issue.
