When I enquired about fitting a loft ladder I was already to say no to it thinking it would be too expensive but was pleasantly impressed at the cost and accepted right away. It could have been installed with in a couple of days but I didn’t see the email in time. Another date was arranged and was excited to have my ladder installed. When Anthony came the ladder was installed with in a hour. Why didn’t I have this done years ago!!!

I was very impressed with Anthony from the start. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I liked it when he immediately put on overshoes to do the survey. (During the job he used dustsheets too.) His quote was very reasonable. He was on time both to do the survey and start the job. He was super efficient and hardworking, clean and tidy. I had thought there could be a problem with the loft hatch (not being a standard size) but after talking to Anthony, I had every confidence that it would be sorted - and it was. He explained everything in detail and on completion of the job he demonstrated how to use the ladder safely. Throughout, Anthony was always smiling and happy to answer any questions I had. He did an excellent job and I am very very happy with the result. I can now use the new loft hatch and ladder to sort the loft out. I would highly recommend Anthony.

Very happy to recommend Anthony (Access4Lofts Bristol South) One of our neighbours used him and was very happy. From the initial phone call, to the inspection & quote, to the actual installation it has been a pleasure to deal with Anthony. He was super clean and tidy. (over shoes, sheets on stairs and landings and hoover up after himself) We now have a great storage space in our loft. Very nicely boarded out using stilts so that we keep the masses of insulation we have. The light is great and the new ladder makes it super easy to access. We would highly recommend Anthony to anyone wanting to make their loft space accessible for storage. Anthony accommodated a two-phased approach for us. First, he fitted a loft ladder which enabled us to remove years' of empty boxes and 'put it in the loft just in case we should ever need it again' possessions. Then he returned to lay new boarding and insulation. Anthony was hugely respectful of us and our property and left everything spotlessly clean. We are delighted with the work. Thank you, Anthony!

Anthony came and carried out an inspection of my loft access, He gave me a quotation, which was very reasonable, for which I accepted. He gave me a few dates for installation, and this was carried 2 days later. I was very impressed with him for putting on overshoes and dustsheets to protect my carpet. Once the job was completed, he showed me how to operate the ladder and safety catches. I have since told my neighbours about the job and they may be interested in having one fitted too!
