I thought you were extremely professional and reliable. It was so nice to have a reminder message the day before you coming, not only to check that we were still able to have the works done but it also confirmed to me that you were coming. The amount of times people just haven’t turned up when we have booked work in with them is just unreal. Then you messaged in the morning to let me know you were running ever so slightly late. You updated the invoices for changes prior to arriving, so the cost was always really clear and I knew what we were getting. You also gave us good advice on what would work best etc. Very happy with the service and all seemed very good price too. Thank you.
