David provided clear communication throughout, arrived on time, carried out the work in the
estimated time (slightly quicker than estimated in fact) and dealt with a few minor unexpected
challenges without quibble. The work was carried out with care and respect for the property and
the work was completed to a high standard and to agreed specifications. Communication was
excellent from quote to completion. The price was exactly as agreed. At no point was I
pressured for a quick answer. I really couldn’t be happier with the whole process and would
recommend David and Access4Lofts Cambridge for loft ladder installation and insulation work.
If I ever need additional work in the loft I will certainly turn to Access4Lofts Cambridge.
