We had a new hatch with a loft ladder, flooring, shelving and insulation topped up. David
arrived on the afternoon as stated in order to establish what work was required and to be able
to supply a quote. We received the quote in less than 2 hours and agreed for the work to be
carried out. We were provided with a two-day installation window, which was agreed. The day
before installation we received a text message confirming that the work would be carried out
the following day. David removed the old partial loft flooring that had not been installed
properly. Once the work was completed, he provided a demonstration of how the new loft hatch
and ladder worked and checked that we were both satisfied. David provided floor sheets to
protect our carpets, all rubbish was removed from our premises and the work area was tidied
and cleaned before he left. He also checked to make sure we were happy with his work. If you
