David gave me excellent advice re troublesome loft hatch (was blowing open in winds and also
moths/flies were coming down from loft via loft hatch edges!). He put a new, safer catch on it,
extra stoppers and rubber insulation strip. He also insulated a section of the loft that had no
insulation. Prior to the work he sent a fully itemized quote which was reasonably priced. Very
pleased with his work and advice.
