Dave kept us informed of expected arrival time and insured that the product was fitted as per
my requests. He was polite, friendly and insured the worksite was clean and protected. He
demonstrated the product and insured that we were totally satisfied with its fitting (it was a
custom fit loft hatch as it was a non-standard opening). Would definitely recommend using
