Jozsef was very informative during his visit to quote for a new enlarged loft hatch to our 1920s house. He considered what we wanted to achieve with the new hatch and didn’t unnecessarily try to up sell us to an inflated product we didn’t need which was a great sign. Arranging the installation was swift and we are very happy with the final result – Jozsef even became best friends with our dog! As he was leaving I happened to mention I was about to install loft boards despite being a bit of a DIY novice and not only did Jozsef advise me on how to tackle the job which was invaluable, but kindly also said to feel free to contact him if I ran into any snags (luckily I muddled my way through thanks to his initial advice). Highly recommended!
