Excellent Customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion of installation. Communications via Telephone, e-mail and subsequently face-to-face were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Options were clearly explained during the survey and all aspects of the loft boarding , hatch upgrade and telescopic ladder installations completed to a very good standard. I was certainly happy with the outcome and would recommend Access4Lofts / Eifion.
