Hamid was very professional from the outset. He worked around me and my husband’s work commitments and spent longer than was anticipated when carrying out the work, due to the loft being more complex. He went above and beyond to ensure that the work was carried out to a high standard and we are so appreciative of his time and effort. The space he has created for us and the ladder to the loft, has given us the much needed extra storage. He clearly takes pride in his work and also demonstrated very clearly how to access the ladder, the spaces that could be used etc. He knows his work thoroughly and clearly has a lot of experience.
