Very efficient and professional. The loft ladder is stable and well made. The grab handle you suggested is perfectly positioned to give me the confidence to descend the new ladder. Also, your recommendation of LED loft lights has resulted in a significantly improved environment. I have now run out of excuses not to clear the loft!
