John McGuigan, Coventry – Loft Hatch, Loft Ladder

I looked at loft ladder fitters on the internet and then followed reviews of those operating in the Coventry area. I compared the different products and prices given and then shortlisted on the basis of reviews. Ricardo from the Coventry Access4Lofts company had really positive reviews…and all the things people said were correct. A very personable young man, excellent administration ( with regular emails to make necessary bookings, easy to understand quotes and a commitment that “the price quoted is the price charged…even if unforeseen issues arise, etc). A job well done by very courteous and tidy people.
