Will Roberts, Kenilworth – Loft Hatch, Loft Ladder

Ricardo enlarged the loft opening and fitted a sturdier loft ladder. He was organised and
efficient from start to finish. He was always willing to answer any queries in a personable
cheerful manner. I was particularly impressed with the care he took to protect carpets and to
clear away when the work was completed.
