The gentleman who did the quotation was extremely thorough with his explanation from start
to finish. On receipt of the quotation, it was set out in a step-by-step guide of what would be
done and the cost of each stage – these two attributes ‘sealed the deal’ for me, as well as being
very competitively priced! The installation was within a fortnight of the quotation and the two
gentlemen who carried this out were extremely polite, careful and respectful of our property. I
am SO pleased that I chose the wider step because this has made it so much easier to climb up
and access my loft – something which was always a bit precarious historically. I am an
