First and foremost a very honest, punctual, reliable and genuinely nice gentleman. Ricardo was
the third company we had contacted and after him there was no need for us to contact anyone
else. Other traders had tried to push me into boarding all of my loft to increase their profit,
Ricardo was honest and pointed out we would be wasting our money if we went to the edge of
the eave as we would not be able to stack anything in that space. He gave me a number of
options and respected my input and actually listened and addressed my requirements.
Usually traders get bad reputations, Ricardo’s customer service and mannerism is the best I
have come across by any trader by miles. He genuinely takes care of the customer and goes
above and beyond his duty, this is a gentleman I would not hesitate for my grandparents to talk
to without me being present.
We had a couple of unexpected surprises and Ricardo dealt with them promptly and without
any hesitation, I felt a bit embarrassed when he stated these extra jobs ‘are part of my job’,
which any other trader would most certainly have kicked a fuss or tried to swindle more
renumeration. The ‘Which? Trusted Trader’ scheme is something he most certainly breathes and
lives and as an end user we benefit by his approach.
Now to come to the quality of his work, it is absolutely amazing and the finish is crisp and
clean. Very good craftsmanship and I am certain there is no need for me to ever have to utilise
the lifetime warranty. The respect and care he took for my house whilst working was more then
I have ever done, I have learnt a lot from how to safely cover and protect your carpet and walls
whilst any future decorating from Ricardo. Ricardo has special spring loaded poles which fit on
each step which hold his carpet protecting material in place and prevent them from moving…I
think my wife may be getting me some for Christmas lol.
I really do suggest for you to book some other companies and see what there approach is, after
book an appointment with Ricardo. I guarantee your thought will be ‘I wish I had saved myself
from the headaches’ caused by the others and went to Ricardo to begin with…The CORRECT
MAN FOR THE JOB.
To finish with, this testimonial does not do justice for the gentleman that Ricardo is, other
