Ricardo did a great job of resurrecting our loft ladder, saving us the expense of a new one – for now at least. He explained everything clearly and came up with a pragmatic solution. When it does eventually expire completely, we’ll be in touch with him again for a replacement as we were really happy with his approach. Thanks!
