Ricardo was polite and courteous. He explained the work to be carried out on the first visit,
provided me with comprehensive information and a detailed breakdown of costs. He kept me
informed of progress throughout the day. He left the area where he had been working was
cleaned and cleared of all rubbish. He kindly disposed of the old loft ladder. He also
demonstrated how to use the loft ladder. I was very pleased with the work done, the safer and
more sturdy loft ladder as well as the insulated loft access board. I would recommend
