Mrs Wendy Brittin, Coventry, Loft Hatch and Loft Ladder,

Ricardo is an extremely nice, polite, hardworking person who has, after 8 years of living in this property, enabled this 60 year old woman access to the loft for the first time!  The loft hatch is easy to open and  close. The steps with deep treads and hand rail are sturdy but not heavy. Would thoroughly recommend.
