Craig arrived promptly. Laid the dustsheets, and explained what the job involved. Took photos,
and left the loft all neat and tidy. We explained to Craig that we had trouble with our loft hatch,
and he fixed the problem without any hesitation. Would recommend this company, as there is
no messing about, from initial phone call, survey and installation we had no problems at all,
