From the rep who came to provide a quote, the office call taking ladies and the fitter who completed the work, I have found everyone polite, courteous helpful and efficient.
Our fitter offered to assist with moving some bedroom furniture if required in light of my husband’s mobility limitations, and was very friendly, (but not over familiar).
He fully explained the order of things he had to complete, and his ‘clean up’ upon completion was very thorough.
He fully explained the operational aspects of our newly fitted lift ladder, and loft boarding and ensured we were happy with the finished work.
