We made contact, arranged a visit and everything was very straight forward, very professional,
very polite and immediately felt confident about the purchase we were about to make and
there was no sales pressure. We had to change the installation date as we had an unexpected
problem with our water tank and access would have been difficult, this was looked after and
rearranged the loft ladder was installed, is of very good quality and the operating process fully explained to us. We would highly recommend.
