I thought it was a very kind and efficient group – from the first phone call informing them of our need (new family member expected and no storage available), to the end result. They responded quickly to assist us as we moved in to obtain a personalised and professional quote and even provisionally booked in a date for installation to help us. I didn’t feel pressured to order this work, and the fact that I was advised to have less work done than I thought I would need put me at ease that they were there and trying to help me with what I had requested. Overall result was excellent and we now have room to breathe!
