After initial phone call, Alan came round and I explained what I required, He explained that I would need a replacement hatch, a ladder as well as the boarding out. Because the price list is available online, I had a good idea. (except for the hatch) what the price would be. Price agreed and a date to carry out the work booked. Arrived on time, did an excellent job with new hatch and boarding out, A small issue with the ladder, but we agreed to install that a couple of days later. Very pleased with the end result
