Alan was professional from the moment that we met, he was honest in what our loft could achieve. We wanted wooden ladders however due to some piping we were told what our options were and opted for aluminium as advised. I felt confident having the work carried out due to his honesty with us. The work was done on time, to an excellent standard & no mess. Highly recommend!
