Alan did a great job of my loft, very pleased! He is very professional, approachable and friendly and he kept me up to date with the process and the work he was completing. Work was done well and on schedule. Alan also didn’t charge me for additional flooring that was needed once the job began, and kept to the original quote. Good communication before hand via phone and email.
