I was attracted by the fact that Access4Lofts was a Which Trusted Trader and the completed work carried a lifetime guarantee. I was not disappointed. I found Alan to be completely honest and trustworthy. The level of communication couldn’t be faulted and he arrived right on time as promised. At the time of the free survey I found his expertise invaluable and the quotation fair. The work was scheduled within a week and the quality of the installation was spot on. I am absolutely delighted with my new hatch and loft ladder. Alan is a very genuine tradesman with excellent inter personal skills and really cares about customer service. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
