Alan responded promptly to my request for a visit and quote. The quote was received quickly by
e-mail and a date for implementation was arranged soon after my acceptance. A prompt start
was made on the given date. The work proceeded with little disruption and cleaning up was
undertaken during the day. The work (loft boarding, new hatch and loft ladder, new loft
insulation) was completed in mid afternoon. I am very pleased with the work and access to my
loft is now much easier. Excellent service, all I had to do was to provide a few brews!! and I
would recommend to other clients.
