Recently had a new loft ladder installed, together with floorboards, shelving and improved lighting. From start to finish the whole process was extremely professional. I really appreciated the initial guidance in establishing the project design to maximise the best use of space, especially given the limited headroom of our roof pitch. Alan went the extra mile to provide additional drawings and photographic examples to clarify our understanding of the proposed solution. The price quoted was very competitive and the work undertaken was carried out on the date agreed and within the specified time-frame. On completion of the work I was unsure how I was going to best organise the revitalised loft space. Alan provided clear guidelines as to how I could extend the floor covering to improve both access and storage. I have now completed the additional work myself following Alan’s recommendations. I now have a perfect loft which not only satisfies our storage requirements but most importantly for a septuagenarian, vastly improved access and safety. Would be happy to recommend.
