Prompt and courteous service

I wanted to replace my loft ladder to one that would be more accessible as I got older. Alan came out promptly to give suggestions and then sent me a quote – quite comprehensive, which is what I like so you know exactly what is included in the price. After accepting the quote I didn’t have to wait long for him to come and do the work. Both he and the young man he brought were courteous and got on with the job. He did a couple of extra things on the day and was happy to add them to the existing quote.
