Access4Lofts operates a network of local installers, each of which operates through a separate company trading under the “Access4Lofts” brand. When you request a quote, place an order or otherwise deal with one of our local installers, your personal data will be handled by that installer. If you submit an enquiry through the general enquiry form on our website or by using the other general contact details on our website, your enquiry will in the first instance be dealt with by Access4Lofts Limited. Access4Lofts Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 10628875 and its registered office is at Jubilee House, East Beach, Lytham St. Annes, England, FY8 5FT. Access4Lofts Limited also administers the website and may handle your personal data in connection with your use of the website.

References to we, our or us in this privacy notice are to Access4Lofts Limited or the relevant local installer as applicable.

    • providers of outsourced services, such as hosting and IT support or maintenance services (to the extent necessary for the provider to provide those outsourced services to us);
    • the prospective seller or buyer of any business or assets in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets; and

  • If you make a general enquiry through the website (rather than contacting a specific local installer), Access4Lofts Limited will where appropriate pass your enquiry on to the appropriate local installer.
  • If you request a quote from or submit an enquiry from one local installer but they believe that another local installer may be better placed to assist you, they may pass it on to the appropriate local installer.
  • We may also share your personal information with third parties if we are under a duty to share your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply such other terms as apply to our relationship, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, ourselves or others.

  1. TRANSFERRING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION INTERNATIONALLY
  • In certain cases the sharing of your personal information to a third party as described above may involve your personal information being transferred outside of the United Kingdom. This may be to:
    • a country that is considered to have data protection rules that are equivalent to those in the United Kingdom; or
