We replaced old loft hatch and aluminium ladder with a much more modern wooden ladder and easier access to the loft. The work went well and was completed in just over half a day. Billy is a pleasant person to have in the house and the next job is to floor part of the loft and install shelving which I’ll be delighted to offer him.
