Billy arrived on time. Set to work straight away fitting the new loft ladder.
On completion I had trouble pulling the ladder down, so he drilled some holes in the ladder and re-positioned the screws, which made the ladder retract in a sloping position which made it easier to pull down for this octogenarian!
Also, he was most helpful by putting some items in the loft for me! For which I was most grateful.
I have already recommended him to my next door neighbour.
