Thank you Billy. I had a very specific requirement which I would not know how to do myself. I wanted to install coving around my landing, but the original loft access was making this impossible. You have created a new loft access for me in the same place, and have positioned it to allow me to install the coving, and I am absolutely delighted that I can now do this. The loft access is great, it is actually larger than the original too, and lighter to use. It is insulated, easy to operate, and the ladder you have put in is amazing. Truly worth every penny and I am so pleased to have used your expertise. Thank you
