Dale was very friendly and fully explained about the product and installation process and provide a quote prior to committing to purchase. On the day of installation he kept us updated on progress and completed the job in good time. He then fully demonstrated the loft ladder and put particular emphasis on its safety features and gave us a few tips about its daily use. tidied up and left the area he was working in as he found it. All in all an excellent job.
