Toby was prompt, his work clean and efficient. Toby showed how the hatch and ladder worked. He ensured we didn't need to do anything, the ceiling was clean, new hatch and surround white and hoovered up when finished. The service from start to finish has been polite and efficient.

I can recommend Access4 Lofts as the best company that I have ever used. Grant Coles was totally brilliant and so helpful, kind and understanding.
I had the misfortune to previously experience a different company to install a new loft hatch, and the guy put in a type that was too difficult for me to open as I am disabled. Grant visited me and recommended a replacement that is easy to operate. He also very kindly costed the job at a discounted price.
When Spence arrived to do the work he was on time, very polite, friendly and altogether a very nice person. He did a great job fitting the loft hatch, and even put right the faults caused by the previous installer, such as making good areas that needed some paint re-applying.
Spence showed me how the open/close mechanism worked, and then cleared up very well leaving no mess at all. So if you need any loft work doing, then definitely choose Access4Lofts because you will be in safe and reliable hands.

Our installer was very professional, on time, very polite, cracked on with the job. Only stopped for a quick lunch break for less than 30 mins. Asked if we wanted old water tank removed this was brilliant as we did. Removed all rubbish and cleaned up as he went. Even painted around our new loft hatch for us. Absolutely brilliant! 5 stars
