I recently contacted Access4Lofts for a quote for a new loft ladder and new drop down hatch. He explained the different options and prices and I was pleased that there was no attempt at pushing the more expensive products. My installation was carried out by John who was prompt, polite, organised, efficient and a very pleasant chap to boot. There was no disruption and barely any noise and John worked non-stop until the installation was complete and everything had been tidied away and hoovered; he didn't even stop for a cup of tea! He explained everything that had been done and then gave a detailed demonstration before asking me to go through the process myself until he was satisfied that I was operating the hatch mechanism and ladder correctly and safely. There's not a lot of headroom in my loft but I've now got enough floor space to store the items that only get used once or twice a year that have been taking up space in the house so I'm very pleased with the end result and would happily recommend Access4Lofts to anyone thinking of utilising their loft space.

We recently had access 4 lofts fit a new hatch and ladder along with some flooring in the loft and the complete loft area topped up with insulation, Michael visited initially to survey the job and then provide a detailed costing for the entire project , following that two of his team { sorry did not catch the guys names } attended exactly when was agreed and did a very professional job the two fitters were very polite and informative and even went beyond by emptying some old flooring boards and bits and pieces that were up in the loft and stacked them away in my garage, they had covered all the stairs and carpets with dust sheets and cleared up everything and even hoovering up any debris , 1st class

Living in the Victorian house, I was very nervous about expanding the hatch due to lath and plaster. The damage could be unpredictable and gritty charcoal black dust is normally horrendous. To my absolute delight my white walls and cream carpet remained the same color after the work was complete. The new extended plywood hatch looks great, tidy joinery and house was left clean. I have high standards to the quality of work and after going though complete house renovation, I can count good experiences on one hand.
