David was thorough in the entire process of initial survey, providing quote and the actual execution of work. He provided all the possible options and cost as part of initial survey and quote. He also suggested how some products may not be so useful in my case. In terms of execution he was quick, clean and gratefully declined my offer to help every single time. He even returned back quickly to fix a small hiccup(which may not be entirely his faults, original fitters might have left it so) with unexpected/accidental electric cable loosening which shows his commitment to the job.
