We received excellent service from Mark. He came on time to assess the job and was very clear
about what could (and could not) be done and why. He saved us money overall by recommending that we upgrade our insulation before flooring the loft and also by suggesting a very cost-effective way of improving ventilation in the loft (an issue highlighted by our surveyor). On the day of installation Mark and his assistant arrived exactly on time and worked consistently and thoroughly, were very considerate at all times and surprisingly quiet! The whole job was completed by early afternoon. They tidied up after themselves and then Mark demonstrated how our new loft ladder worked. We are extremely pleased with the finished job and would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone loft work done in the Doncaster area.
