installation, laid covers to stairs and landing, fitted ladder with no delay, showed how it
operated, and cleared away afterwards. At all stages was ready to answer any queries I had,
however small. So impressed was I with his operation that we shall have him back to fit flooring
in roof when I get the loft contents sorted.
