David was professional and friendly he explained what he would do to make my life easier when accessing My loft we chose the ladder together and on arrival started straight away without any fuss.
He was very nice to talk to and I would recommend him to any who wanted a loft ladder fitted when he finished he explained the procedure off how the ladder worked. Overall if points we’re allocated he would get 11 out of 10. Thanks for the job you did David.
