We were very satisfied with the work and appreciated your firm advice and reasoning that we
should not enlarge the size of the loft hatch. You were able to complete enough of the work in
one day to leave us with a sizeable storage area and a means of accessing it, so we were able
to start the job of storing some items in the loft, pending your return to complete the work a
week later. We were also grateful that on your return you not only completed the work but also
agreed to insulate an additional loft space area that had not formed part of the original job
description. This was very much appreciated.
